General Remarks about the "PyTree" Abstraction

The pytree wrangling code in this project does not use any of the existing "pytree" modules. The deeper reason here is that our approach is based on an analysis of the notion that emphasizes deeper underlying principles. This is being discussed internally at the time of this writing.
