Steven	1cf047707b	refactor: migrate binary file serving from gRPC to dedicated HTTP fileserver Migrates attachment and avatar binary serving from gRPC endpoints to a new dedicated HTTP fileserver package, fixing Safari video playback issues and improving architectural separation.
