Jan Wassenberg 0c64987a96 Abort if args are unrecognized, refactor argument passing 
This catches typos/incorrect usage.
Refactor: group Loader/Threading/Inference into GemmaArgs.
All *Args ctors now have an extra ConsumedArgs& argument.
